  • Book your time in advance and join our remote group sessions hosted over Zoom. You’ll get clear on how you want to use your session, and we’ll get right into it.

    We invite you to place phones, notifications and other distractions out of reach. Your monotasking session will help create accountability to make space and time for whatever you want or need to do!

  • The founders of Spacetime are ND too! Welcome 🤍

    We know how impossible it can feel to harness your attention, and we also have a deep conviction that it shouldn’t be the reason you can’t make progress to feeling better and having the life you want.

    Our sessions are thoughtfully designed to accommodate ND, and we are always open to finidng ways to make it feel easier to get what you need.

  • Some days you just want to fly under the radar and do your thing, and we love that for you. Spacetime sessions are a choose-your-own-adventure, so you do you.

    Many of our members do report feeling more accountability when the camera on, but there is absolutely no pressure to participate logging in to your session

  • Nope! We’re all busy doing what we came to do.

    Each session has a host, but you can minimize us and use your session like a live timer and body double.

  • Joining a virtual group session is the light accountability you need to support your focus.

    Distraction is normal, but no one will be holding your hand. When this happens, the commitment of the others in the session is there to bring you back to the moment.

  • Monotasking helps you create deep focus on a single task, project, or idea for a clearly defined timeframe. This helps retrain our attention to stay with our intentions and remove potential distractions.

  • Anything! Most use our sessions for work and creative projects, but you’re equally as likely to see people catching up on domestic tasks.

    There’s nothing off limits- this is your time. Spacetime just helps you create it.

  • The internet can feel like the wild f*cking west, but it’s a priority for us to create something that feels like one of the healthiest places on the internet.

    Fundamentally, we believe in the power of doing things together. To that end we are committed to creating a welcoming environment for BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, and people of other systemically marginalized identities.
